2) Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store. Any deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree in writing.

3) Products & Availability

Our product offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time.

4) Contract Formation

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. A contract is formed when we confirm shipment (shipping confirmation) or dispatch the goods.

5) Prices & Currency

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and are the final prices displayed at checkout (including VAT where applicable). Any additional costs (e.g., customs duties for non-EU countries) are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

7) Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders (no minimum order value).
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are displayed on our website and/or at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or customs processing (international orders).

8) Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply. These are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the customer.

9) Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Return costs: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we explicitly agree otherwise. mimit.gov.it

10) Returns & Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

unworn, unwashed, and suitable for resale
returned with original tags attached
free from stains, odors (perfume/smoke), or damage

Shipping costs are not refundable.

No direct exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item/size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

11) Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we process refunds typically within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, your bank/payment provider may take additional time to display it (often 7–10 business days).

12) Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at known.clothing@web.de so we can assess the issue and provide the best solution.

13) Statutory Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. This means you are entitled to the legal protections for defective goods under applicable law.

14) Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected.
