RETURNS & REFUNDS — KNOWN
Thank you for your purchase from Known. We hope you love your order — but if something isn’t right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN PERIOD (14 DAYS)
You have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to request a return.
Your return shipment must be sent back within these 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in a resellable condition

Returned with all original tags attached

Free of stains, odors (perfume/smoke), or damage
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Returns are at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping costs depend on your location and the courier you choose.
We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees on returned packages. Any charges related to returning your order are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 business days.

After the refund is processed, it may take up to 7–10 business days to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider)

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can help. We’ll review your case and offer the best solution.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For hygiene and policy reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Underwear (including socks)

Items that are marked Final Sale

Items returned after the 14-day return window

Items returned worn, washed, or damaged (unless this was reported to our support team before returning)
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, please email us with your order number and the items you’d like to return:
